The future perfect (Future II) can express an event that will be completed or will occur in the future. In this case, a time expression that will determine the future time of the occurence must be used.

Future perfect (Future II) vs present perfect
The Future perfect (Future II) and the present perfect have no semantic differences, when the latter is used with a future meaning. A time expression that determines the future time of the occurence must be used also with the present perfect.
